Saeco and Gaggia are fully automatic espresso machines that provide you cup after cup of coffee made from coffee beans, freshly ground at the touch of a button. From a shot of espresso to a cappuccino, latte or macchiato with fresh frothed milk from the integrated milk frother. There are also options to customise your coffee every step of the way.

La San Marco  commercial coffee machines are handmade in Italy and are perfect for professionals in the hospitality industry making top quality espresso. We offer a range of one or two groups coffee machines at the moment.

CIME coffee machines are renowned for their quality and durability, perfect for every type of coffee shop or restaurant. Built with traditional care coupled with advanced know-how, they are a welcome addition to any cafe or coffee shop. Our commercial coffee machines are available in fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual versions.

• We do install and provide training- free of charge within Victoria - for all equipment purchased from our online store.
• We do have a dedicated team offering 24x7 on-site services for all commercial coffee machines and phone advice for all your coffee needs.
• We do also offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly coffee scheduled delivery for orders over 10kg.
• Price Match Policy. That means if you find a lower price for an identical stocked item that's in stock with a competitor we will match it.
• **All prices may change without prior notice to reflect current market and are subject to stock availabilty.  

For all cafe and restaurant customers

We provide free regular service every six months ( earlier if required) for all commercial coffee machines purchased through  www.coffeesupplycompany.com.au on line store when order 10kg or more of any type of coffee on a monthly basis.

We do trade in used commercial coffee machines subject to conditions applied.

For all domestic customers using automatic coffee machines

We provide free regular service every six months ( earlier if required) for all automatic coffee machines purchased through www.coffeesupplycompany.com.au  on line store when order 4kg or more of any type of coffee on a monthly basis.

Warranty

Coffee equipment purchased through the online store has 2 (two) years factory warranty for domestic use and 1 (one) year factory warranty for commercial use.

*Proof of purchase is required*

All repairs performed by our technicians have 3 (three) months warranty.   

Rental Services

We do offer rental packages for all commercial coffee machines.

Coffee Supply Company offers Australian best value online shopping experience for your fresh roasted premium coffee beans. We source our roasted coffee beans in Melbourne from roasters that use fully advanced roasting equipment, source premium green beans from South America & Africa and roast beans in small batches to ensure a high standard of freshness and quality. No need to put up with stale imported coffee - we offer fresh roasted coffee daily.

We offer 100% Arabica, classic combinations of Arabica and Robusta, single origins and special blends.

Our premium quality products are delivered fast to your door across Australia via Australia Post within 2-3 days. For all Melbourne deliveries, the truck leaves at 3.00pm and includes all orders received by 6.00pm previous day.

SHIPPING POLICY

Al the items we sell are dispatched packed and shipped by our trusted staff. We endeavour to do this as efficiently and as effectively as possible. We deliver Australia-wide.

Delivery

All coffee and consumables ordered are dispatched immediately with Australia Post and are delivered within 3 working days upon receipt of order. Please let us know immediately if you experience any problems or issues with our delivery services and we will address them as best we can.

It is best to place orders before 12pm to ensure efficient dispatch.

All devices and machines will be delivered within 7 working days upon receipt of order, Australia-wide.

Coffee Supply Company  will refund any purchase within 14 days of arrival at destination, as long as the product has not been opened and is in its original packaging. Freight costs, to return the product by Courier, are covered by the Customer. Discounted items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Coffee Supply Company will not agree with any exchange or refund on damaged or lost goods in transit.

RETURNS

Coffee Supply Company agrees to provide a refund for any purchase within 14 days of arrival at the destination, provided the item have not been opened and is in the original packaging. Freight costs to return the product via courier must be covered by the customer. Coffee Supply Company does not provide refunds or exchanges for discounted items. Also we will not accept any exchange or refund for damaged or lost goods in transit.

If for some reason your order is not what you expected or your goods are damaged upon arrival, please contact our friendly staff as soon as possible to discuss the issue and arrange a return of goods, a replacement of items, or a refund if necessary.
